Wake up surrounded by green
Tabaiba is a wooden cabin tucked away among the estate’s trees. Its large windows let the garden in from the moment you open your eyes: light, greenery and birdsong. Outside you have your own terrace for breakfast or reading, surrounded by trees. A quiet hideaway to switch off without giving up comfort.

A little oasis with a story
That’s what many guests call CabanaLanz: a green estate on an island of volcanoes. For many years it belonged to my parents: they kept goats and made their own cheese, and as children we planted many of the trees that now shade Tabaiba. Where you sleep today was once the goats’ pen.
Today the estate runs on 100% solar power and rainwater, and at night we keep the lights very low so you can see the stars. A typical day here: the birds wake you up, you have breakfast outside, head off to explore the island and come back to the calm in the afternoon, with Nana, our donkey, waiting at the entrance.
