Inland or resort?
Why stay in the countryside instead of a resort?
Most visitors to Lanzarote stay in the big resorts on the coast. A rural cabin in the middle of the island is a different kind of holiday:

Before you book
How do I get there?
You’ll need a car, as for getting around anywhere in Lanzarote. The last stretch is a short dirt track that any normal car handles fine. Free parking on the estate, and we send you directions with photos.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3 pm to 7 pm. If you arrive later, we can still welcome you: just ask us when you book. Check-out by 11 am.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, €300 handed over on arrival and returned when you leave if everything is in order. It’s simply a guarantee that the estate’s rules are respected.
Are pets allowed?
No, in none of the cabins. Nana and our cats already live on the estate and will be happy to say hello.
Can I cancel?
Yes: free up to 30 days before arrival (45 days if you stay more than 7 nights). After that, the amount is not refunded. And if you need to change your dates, you can do so once at no cost up to 20 days before, subject to availability.
How do water and electricity work?
The estate runs on solar power and water is brought in by truck, so we ask for responsible use. High-consumption appliances such as irons or hair dryers that aren’t provided in the cabin can’t be used, and laundry isn’t allowed.
Are the cabins ready for winter?
Yes. In winter every bed has coral fleece blankets and each cabin has extra blankets. Days in Lanzarote are mild, though nights in the countryside can get cool.
